Project Name: In support of creating standardized approaches for cell atlases and a cell atlas database for the scientific community (BCA Phase 0).

Objectives
- Build the computational infrastructure for the BCA, including standardized data processing pipelines and the BCA database.
- Establish a single-cell methods decision tree for the BCA, including specimen sampling, dissociation/nuclei extraction, and single-cell RNA-seq technologies.
